What is the postage cost for a jacket?
Postage is £6.50 special delivery additional £5.00 per jacket if more than 1.
How long will it take for my jacket to be delivered?
Delivery 14 working days from receipt of order, pending cleared payment.
Can you embroider the pony in similar colours to my pony?
Yes, just put the colour you require in the order form.
What can be embroidered?
We can do embroidery on almost anything. With a good description of the goods and an image of the design/logo, we can tell you whether or not the item can be embroidered.
I would like some work wear embroidering. How do I order?

Which size should I choose?
All our jackets are of generous sizing so please choose accordingly. See our size guide chart for further information. We cannot give refunds for incorrect sizing. If in doubt please contact us first before you buy.
Do you give refunds?
We do not give refunds unless by our mistake or omission. We will not replace or refund for incorrect size, colour of jacket or personal choice of logo etc.
